1. The BLGU POBLACION ZONE 1 CAPOOCAN, LEYTE, through the 20% D.F 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FORTY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR PESOS AND 34/100 ONLY (Php249, 974.34) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE SYSTEM & OUTLET W/N THE BARANGAY GOV-T CENTER GROUNDS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BLGU POBLACION ZONE 1 OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 15 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
