1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBOANGA, through the Supplemental Budget No. 4 Series 2025 intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED FORTY THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN AND 80/100 PESOS (P 543,127.80) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Transportation Services PR No. 25-11-302. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.
