Description : 1. The Brgy. Tagbay through the Barangay Funds intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty Thousand and Two Pesos (P 240,002.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the supply of materials for the Construction of Drainage System at Brgy. Tagbay, Samal Dist., Island Garden City of Samal. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietors, partnerships, or organizations with at least 60% interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines and to citizens or organizations of a country where laws and regulations grants similar rights or privileges to Filipino Citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183.
3. Prospective bidder may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat at Brgy. Hall, Brgy. Tagbay, Samal District, IGaCoS and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 9:00am - 3:00pm.
