1. The Barangay Caritan Centro, Tuguegarao City, through 20% Economic Development Fund (EDF) for Calendar Year 2025, intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 650,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the Infrastructure Project: Construction of Drainage System under PB-INF-001-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The Barangay Caritan Centro, Tuguegarao city now invites bids for the following of works:
