1. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Iloilo City District Engineering Office, through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Million, Three Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos Only (Php 6,370,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Drainage Structure along Road -Iznart -Ledesma - Molo Rd - K0002+000- K0002+130 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Iloilo City District Engineering Office through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the hereunder Works:
