  The Brgy. Guinsay tends to apply the sum of Php 336,320.00 being Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Drainage @ Purok Cogon, Brgy. Guinsay, Danao City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Bid Opening.
