INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS
1. The Sangguniang Barangay of Tubli, Caramoran, Cataduanes through the Bids and Awards Committee, intends to apply the sum stated therein being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract stated. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before October 22, 2025 until 10:00 am
3. Bid opening shall be on October 22, 2025 at 10:00 am at BAC office, Sangguniang Barangay of Tubli, Caramoran, Catanduanes. Late bids shall not be accepted.
