All particulars relative to the Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance, Bidding Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification, and Award Contract shall be governed by pertinent provisions of RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

The BAC will issue Bid Documents to prospective bidders at the BAC Office, MAURARO , Guinobatan, Albay, upon submission of LOI and Certification of PHILGEPS and payment of a non-refundable amount of Php200.00 to the Barangay Treasurer.
