Description : 1. The Brgy. Baclayan, Daram, Samar, through the 20% Development Fund-2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos only (P200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Drainage Canal at Purok 4, Brgy. Baclayan, Daram, Samar, INFRA 2026-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Brgy. Baclayan, Daram, Samar now invites bids for Construction of Drainage Canal at Purok 4, Brgy. Baclayan, Daram, Samar. Completion of the Works is required within 35 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
