  CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL,
  BRGY. SOLNOPAN, CARAMOAN, CAMARINES SUR
  
  1) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF CARAMOAN, through the FY 2026 National Tax Allotment intends to apply the sum of ₱2,273,234.07 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL, BRGY. SOLNOPAN, CARAMOAN, CAMARINES SUR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF CARAMOAN now invites bids for the construction of 169m closed canal and 40.2m open canal (section 1 @ Corsero Street) and 102.8 closed canal (section 2 at Alarcon Street). Completion of the Works is required within 131 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
