Invitation to Bid for THE CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL AT BARANGAY QUEZON, NAGUILIAN, ISABELA

1. The Local Government Unit of Naguilian, Isabela, through the 20% Development fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Forty Two Thousand Three Hundred Sixteen Pesos and Fifty Centavos (Php1,042,316.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Drainage Canal at Barangay Quezon, Naguilian, Isabela Identification No. 2025-010. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Naguilian, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Forty Five (45) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
