Invitation to Bid for the CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL AT BARANGAY 9, GINGOOG CITY, MISAMIS ORIENTAL

1. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City, through the budget SP RESOLUTION # 2024-392 for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod, intends to apply the sum Eight Hundred Sixty-One Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Pesos and 58/100 only (PHP 861,740.58) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract reference number 2025-INFRA-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 55 calendar days Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
