1. The Local Government Unit of Bagabag through 2024 -20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND SIX PESOS AND THIRTY TWO CENTAVOS ONLY (₱ 599,006.32) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Drainage Canal Along Sacristia St., Cor Del Pilar St.-Mabini St.), COOP Side, San Geronimo, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya (construction of 82.5-meter canal lining: 30.2 mtr. box-typed canal and 52 mtr. Ditch canal). Bids rec eived in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
