1. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, through Current Appropriation, Annual Budget/Supplemental Budget No. 5 CY 2023, Non-Office: Economic Services Sector - Infrastructure Project/Programs, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Sixty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Seven and 90/100 (PHP4,569,957.90) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Drainage at AMFANA HOA, Macanhan, Carmen; SN 19a - 2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro now invites bids for: a) Facilities for the Engineers b) Other General Requirements c) Earth Works d) Minor Structures.
