1. The Provincial Government of Aklan, through Environmental and Admission Fees intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos Only (Php 490,000.00) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Drain Canal at Caticlan Jetty Port and Terminal Building Entrance, Caticlan, Malay, Aklan with AKLAN BAC ITB No. 733 Series 2023 (Re-bidding). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Aklan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
