The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) - Negros Occidental Irrigation Management Office, through the GAA-SIP CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of EIGHTEEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR PESOS & 50/100 (P 18,554,834.50) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Diversion Works, Closed Conduit with Slope Protection, Bench Flume and Other Appurtenant Structures at Main Canal of Binulog CIP with Contract Reference No.: NIA-NOIMO-CW-BINULOG-SIP-05-2026. Bids received in excess of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) shall be automatically rejected at the Bid Opening.
