1. The Municipal Government of Lapinig N. Samar, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by Sanggunian, under 20% EDF-Counterpart fund for KALAHI,Nat-l,Prov.& Brgy. Projects intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seventeen Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos Only (Php 117,395.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Detached CR (Brgy. May-Igot). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
