1 The Local Government of Dolores, through the Gender and Development (GAD) Fund of 2025, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (Php3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Day Center Building/ PB-CW-25-023. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically be rejected at bid opening.
