1. The Provincial Government of Abra, through the Budget of the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian Panlalawigan intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos (Php 6,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Dalnetan (Agtangao, Bangued) Foot Bridge /PGAPEO-EDF2026RDS-CW04 located at Sitio Dalnetan, Brgy. Agtangao, Bangued, Abra. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Abra now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 82 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
