  PROJECT DESCRIPTION
  
  The Philippine Carabao Center at Cagayan State University (PCC-CSU) invites quotations for the supply of labor, materials, tools, and equipment for the construction of a comfort room (CR) with septic tank and driveway, including landscaping and other ancillary works, located at the Dairy Box, Ballesteros, Cagayan.
  
  The scope of works includes, but is not limited to, general requirements, earthworks, reinforced concrete works, masonry, carpentry and ceiling works, roofing and steel works, doors and windows installation, painting, tile works, electrical works, plumbing works and fixtures, and landscaping, in accordance with the approved Program of Works and Bill of Materials.
