Description : The OCCIDENTAL MINDORO STATE COLLEGE (OMSC) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the project: “CONSTRUCTION OF COVERED PARKING AREA FOR SCHOOL VEHICLES AT OMSC LABANGAN (MAIN)” under project reference no. OMSC RFQ 25-089 with an ABC of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1,500,000.00) through Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the IRR of RA No. 12009 or the NEW GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT ACT.

Please submit your duly signed Quotation Forms (Technical Specification and Financial Requirement) including the Terms and Conditions (Annex “A”) together with the following mandatory requirements on or before 2:30 PM of 06 January 2026:
a. Valid Mayor-s/Business Permit
b. Valid PCAB License
c. Income Tax Returns¹ (for ABCs above Php500,000.00)
