Prospective bidders should have pass the PCAB license applicable to the contract, have complete a similar
contract with at least 50% of the ABC and have key personnel and equipment listed in the eligibility forms available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use a pass or fail criteria, post qualification of the Lowest Calculated bid shall be conducted.
