1. The Ministry of Public Works - Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MPW - BARMM) Lanao del Sur, 2nd District Engineering Office, through Transitional Development Impact Fund (TDIF) 2024 intends to apply the sum of the said Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the aforementioned contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Ministry of Public Works - Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MPW - BARMM) Lanao del Sur, 2nd District Engineering Office now invites bids for aforesaid contract. Completion of the Works must be in accordance with the aforementioned duration of the projects. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
