Description : The Project shall have the following scope of works:
1. Construction of Covered Court
- Demolition of pavement (portion only) for the construction of pedestal
- Chipping of existing concrete pavement for overlaying of new concrete slab
- Excavation, embankment and gravel bedding
- Pouring of concrete structures with steel reinforcement
- Masonry works and plaster finish
- Fabrication and installation of steel trusses, girt, roof framing and fascia frame with red oxide
2. Metal primer and epoxy paint
- Installation of fascia, gutter, ridge roll, end flashing and roof panels
- Installation of downspout
- Fabrication of eight (8) units movable steel bleachers with red oxide metal primer and epoxy paint
- Application of epoxy floor coating and painting of all basketball court lines, free throw lane and 3-point arc and
center circle
- Fabrication of one (1) set basketball goal (2 units) and electrical works as per approved plans and specifications
