Description : Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF CONTROLLED CHEMICAL STORAGE
1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUSAN DEL SUR, through the 20% PDF CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION PESOS (Php 5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF CONTROLLED CHEMICAL STORAGE AT GOV. D.O. PLAZA GOVERNMENT CENTER, PATIN-AY, PROSPERIDAD, AGUSAN DEL SUR with Contract Ref No. 26-41 BLDG. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUSAN DEL SUR now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF CONTROLLED CHEMICAL STORAGE AT GOV. D.O. PLAZA GOVERNMENT CENTER, PATIN-AY, PROSPERIDAD, AGUSAN DEL SUR with Contract Ref No. 26-41 BLDG. Completion of the Works is required 90 CD. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
