1. The CONRADO F. ESTRELLA REGIONAL MEDICAL AND TRAUMA CENTER, through the Hospital Income, intends to apply the sum of NINE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY-THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE AND 27/100 PESOS (P 9,893,369.27) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF CONRADO F. ESTRELLA REGIONAL MEDICAL AND TRAUMA CENTER-WAREHOUSE FOR MMS, CSSR, PHARMACY AND MOTORPOOL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The CONRADO F. ESTRELLA REGIONAL MEDICAL AND TRAUMA CENTER now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
