1. The Local Government Unit of Laoang, through the AO 642 component of the SB approved Municipal Budget intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Nine Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Four Hundred Seventeen and 67/100 Pesos (Php10,954,417.67) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Concrete Pavement at Cangcahipos Demo Farm, Barangay Cangcahipos, Laoang, N. Samar with Project Description (Concreting of 138 ln.m. with 200mm Base Course, 367 Grouted Riprap and 45 ln.m. Perimeter Fence) / ITB- LNS 4-2025-INFRA-007. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
