1. The Barangay Libertad, Palo, Leyte, through the Barangay Development Fund CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Six Pesos 60/100 (Php1,642,526.60) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE WALKWAY ZONE 2,3,5 & 7,”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Libertad, Palo, Leyte through the bids and awards comm. invites suppliers, contractors, & distributors of construction materials for the project: CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE WALKWAY ZONE 2,3,5 & 7,
