Description : 1. The Barangay Government of Dona Flavia, San Luis, Agusan del Sur, reserve the amount of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (200,000.00) only from the BDF 2025 intended for the construction of concrete road at purok 4.

2. The Barangay Dona Flavia now invites bids for the “Supply and Delivery of materials needed; concrete and masonry and electrical works”. Delivery of the said materials will be completed within fifteen (15) days.

3. The documents required in the Eligibility Documents shall be submitted as part of the Technical Documents of the Bidders as provided in the Instructions to Bidders.

4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

5. Interested bidders may obtain farther information from the Barangay of Dona Flavia Bids and Award Committee (BAC) Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m.
