invites suppliers for the CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE PLATFORM FOR THE TRANSFORMERS AT SEARDEC BUILDINGY AND DELIVERY OF THREE (3) UNITS AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS FOR THE OFFICE OF THE CHANCELLOR
