Description : 1. The Ministry of Public Works - Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, Tawi-Tawi District Engineering Office, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) through the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), through the Ministry of Finance and Budget and Management (MFBM) under the FY 2025 REGULAR INFRA intends to apply the sum of Eleven million eight hundred four thousand nine hundred pesos only (11,804,900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE FOOTBRIDGE WITH SOLAR LIGHTS, BRGY. BASBAS PROPER - BRGY. BASBAS LIKUD BOUNDARY (PHASE 2), LANGUYAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
