The Provincial Government of Aklan, through 20% NTA Development Fund 2022 - Php 2,500,000.00, 20% NTA Development Fund 2022 - Supplemental Budget No. 3 - Php 3,000,000.00 and 20% NTA Development Fund 2024 - Php 5,000,000.00 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 10,500,000.00) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Concrete Footbridge Crossing the Aklan River Connecting Barangay Ortega to Barangay Pampango (Phase 1, 2 and 3), Libacao, Province of Aklan with AKLAN BAC ITB No. 088 Series 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
