The Brgy. New San Agustin Basey, Samar through its Brgy. Funds intend to apply the sum of EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP80,000.00), being the Approve Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE FENCE in Brgy. New San Agustin Basey, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

The Brgy. New San Agustin Basey, Samar, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites contractors, whether or not registered with the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB), to apply and to bid for the proposed project, provided that contractors without a PCAB license submit a Barangay Resolution affirming that infrastructure projects with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Php500,000.00 and below are exempt from the PCAB license requirement, in accordance with GPPB Resolution No. 15-2015.
