Dear Sir/ Madam:

We kindly request you to submit your quotations for the civil works contract: PALIMO-CWRFQ-VLLPAZ-CY25-01/ Construction of Concrete Blocks of Villa Paz CIS, El Nido, Palawan

The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) Two Hundred Forty-One Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Six Pesos and 6/100 (241,336.06). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.

Please submit your duly signed quotations using the form attached in Annex A of this RFQ. All quotations shall be duly supported with detailed unit cost derivations and summary of prices of construction materials, labor cost, equipment rental rates and taxes, in three hard copies and sealed in one envelope addressed to the BAC as shown below.
