Invitation to Bid for Construction of Comfort Rooms at Legislative Building, Cabulihan, Limasawa

1) The Local Government Unit of Limasawa, Southern Leyte, through the General Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF COMFORT ROOMS AT LEGISLATIVE BUILDING, CABULIHAN, LIMASAWA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Limasawa now invites bids for Construction of 4.00m x 2.40m comfort room at Legislative Building, Cabulihan, Limasawa, Southern Leyte. Completion of the Works is required 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
