Description : Sealed proposal in ink typewritten one (1) copy will be received from bonafide suppliers on November 11, 2025 at 2:00 PM at the barangay hall, Barangay Hall this city on which date time and place the bid will publicly opened in the presence of the bidders or their duly authorized representative for the CONSTRUCTION OF COMFORT ROOM @ ST. CECILIA & VILLARAMOS DAY CARE CENTERS, BARANGAY ABAR 1ST, SAN JOSE CITY, NUEVA ECIJA. Two envelop system will be used as per implementing rules and regulations of Republic Act 9184. The proposed budget for the contract (ABC) is One Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos (128,900).
Each bid shall be accompanied by the Bidder's Bond in the form of either Cash, Manager's Check, Bank Guarantee acceptable to the Government and payable of the barangay treasurer equivalent to 2.5% of the total amount of Bid as guarantee of good faith otherwise the bid shall not honored by the Committee on Awards.
