The Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System Office - Procurement Service invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to bid for the hereunder items Attached:
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
The complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased at the BAC Office of Municipality of Tabuelan upon payment of the non-refundable price of bid documents indicated above. The Bidding Documents may also be all be open to all interested parties; however, only those who have purchased the Bidding Documents may participate in the discussion at the said conference.
