MUNICIPALITY OF MATANAO
1.The Local Government Unit of Matanao utilizes the amount of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (Php 3,500,000.00) from FY 2025 20% LGDF under the Supplemental Budget for the Construction of Clock Tower at Brgy. Poblacion, Matanao, Davao del Sur. The BAC of the LGU intends to apply the same amount of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (Php 3,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Construction of Clock Tower at Barangay Poblacion, Matanao, Davao del Sur under Project I.D. No. 41-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Local Government Unit of Matanao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project applying Section 12 (Early Procurement Activity) of the IRR of RA No. 12009.
