(TWO FAILED BIDDINGS) FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF CISTERN TANK, NORTHERN PALAWAN PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL
1. The Provincial Government of Palawan, through its Supplemental Budget (OBR No. 300-24-11-22581) account intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1,500,000.00) as Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the CONSTRUCTION OF CISTERN TANK, NORTHERN PALAWAN PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL located at TAYTAY, PALAWAN (Project Reference No. B2 GF SB3 PDP 24-11-115). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. In view of the Two (2) Failed Biddings conducted on the said project, the Provincial Government of Palawan now invites interested bidder to participate in the Negotiated Procurement of the CONSTRUCTION OF CISTERN TANK, NORTHERN PALAWAN PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL located at TAYTAY, PALAWAN in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184 otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
