Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office - MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA), through the FY2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand Pesos (Php3,564,000.00) for Lot 1: Construction of Two (2) units Chicken Layer Shed in El Nido and Roxas, Palawan and One Million Seven Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Pesos (Php1,782,000.00) for Lot 2: Construction of One (1) unit Chicken Layer Shed in Brooke-s Point, Palawan being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DA-RFO-MIMAROPA now invites bids for the abovementioned procurement projects using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) award criterion. Completion of the Works is required in eighty-eight and ninety calendar days respectively. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
