INVITATION TO BID
for the
Construction of five ( 5 ) units of Check Dam

1. The DENR - CENRO Talibon, Bohol, through its General Appropriations Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Pesos Only. (P 2,197,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Five (5) of Units Check Dam . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Construction of Five (5) Units Check Dam through it Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites interested contractors to bid for the following:

DESCRIPTION : CONSTRUCTION OF FIVE (5) units OF CHECK DAM
COMPLETION OF WORKS : 120 CD
ABC : Php 2,197,000.00
FUNDING SOURCE : General Appropriations Act

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
