1. The Barangay of Sta Cruz, Palo, Leyte through the Development Fund approved by the Sangguniang Barangay intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P 250,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of CHB Line Canal with Cover at Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Palo, Leyte with PR No. 2025-05-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay of Sta. Cruz, Palo, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
