  1. The City Government of Tanauan, through Continuing Appropriation of 70% Mitigation under CDRRMO for FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Four Million Pesos (Php. 24,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of CDRRMO Building with Emergency Operation Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The City Government of Tanauan now invites bid for the Construction of CDRRMO Building with Emergency Operation Center. The Prospective Bidders must have an experience of having completed at least one (1) contract that is similar to the contract to be bid, and must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC to be bid.
