Description : 1) The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 8, through the FY 2026 NEP intends to apply the sum of Twenty Five Million pesos only (₱ 25,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF CATBALOGAN CITY FS BUILDING (EPA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 8 now invites bids for the construction of a four-story concrete fire station building in Catbalogan City using the Lowest Calculated & Responsive Bid as the award criterion. Completion of the Works is required within Three Hundred Fifty (350) Calendar Days following Receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
