1. Barangay Taa through the budget of 20% intends to apply the sum of One Hundred three thousand nine hundred fifty nine Pesos (PhP 103,959.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement, Delivery of sand and Gravel for Barangay Taa, Bontoc, Southern Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
