1. The National Irrigation Administration Aurora-Nueva Ecija Irrigation Management Office (NIA-ANE-IMO), through the General Appropriations Act for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million One Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Five and 61/100 Pesos Only (Php 9,188,505.61) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF CANAL SYSTEM MFD-MALIGAYA (STA.1+340 - STA. 2+233) AND PROTECTION WORKS (STA.0+000 - STA.0+069.10) with Project Identification Number IB No.: NIAR3-ANE-2026-AU-AMRO RIS-1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
