  1. The NIA-QUEZON IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT OFFICE through the GAA CY 2023 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-TWO PESOS & 81/100 (P 4,250,742.81) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Canal Structures at Main Canal, Package 6 of Macalelon Small Reservoir Irrigation Project located in Macalelon, Quezon with Project Identification No. 4AQ-LPM-23-038. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The NIA-QUEZON IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT OFFICE now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
