1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3, through the NGA, the National Expenditure Program of CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Ninety-Four Million Seven Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Eight and 08/100 Pesos Only (P 94,767,748.08) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Construction of Canal Lining at Main Canal, Lateral A, and Lateral B Extra of Camiling RIS with IB No. NIAR3-2026-TAR-CAMILING RIS-6 located in Mayantoc, Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
