Description : Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB license applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification to the lowest calculated bid.
Bid Documents are available during office hours starting July 2, 2025, at the BAC-Secretariat, Lucog Multi-purpose Hall and upon payment of non-refundable amount for bid documents as shown above to the BLGU Treasurer, Lucog.
All sealed bid proposals should be received by the BAC Chairman/Secretariat on or before July 16, 2025 at 9:00 A.M, Wednesday at the BAC Meeting Room Barangay Lucog Multipurpose Hall.
The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or part thereof, or to waive formality therein and/or to accept the bids as may considered most advantageous to the Barangay Local Government Unit of Lucog, Tabuk City.
