CONSTRUCTION OF CABUDADAN MULTI - PURPOSE BUILDING CABUDADAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, CALAYAN PHASE I, CAGAYAN

1. The Provincial Government of Cagayan through the SB 2 (20% DEVELOPMENT FUND 2024) intends to apply the sum TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE PESOS AND NINETY EIGHT CENTAVOS (2,999,935.98) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF CABUDADAN MULTI - PURPOSE BUILDING CABUDADAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, CALAYAN PHASE I, CAGAYAN ( 2024-SB 2 /20%DF-8000-1-1-08-023- CAL- 108).Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Cagayan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works required is ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT (178) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The descreption of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
